Like what? I mean, aside from the steam controller, what is out there that is universal, urganomic, and better for controlling shooters? I don't see that day happening.

I take it then that you haven't played a shooter with the Wiimote yet, or even Splatoon. Both are far superior to dual analogue, even if the keyboard and mouse remains supreme. Dual analogues were created as an unhappy medium, and I'm pleased to say we no longer need them. Now I just wait for The Industry to realize that.
