Actually thats the part which made me make that statement. I usually ignore titles and read content. Regardless I want it, just because it doesn't fit my narrow defination meants nothing really.
Add: I think I should clarify what I took it as, I took it as crafting system with level system. Given my statement might simply change when leveling up is described in more detail. Given they did use bethesda to highlight rpg side, so I could be very very wrong.
