is the Final Fantasy 7 remake maybe a PS4 and NX exclusive? not for PC or Xbox

It will be on PS4 and PC I think. If SE are supporting the PS4 more and more because of hardware and software sales, it would make sense to skip X1 given the paltry JRPG sales on the system so far.
