Their logic doesn't really make sense though.
They showed Zelda a year ago even though it was then slated for holiday 2015.
So now it's a year later and it's supposedly a holiday 2016 game, they can't show it? How was it closer to release last year than it is now?
They also showed several games at last year's E3 that weren't holiday 2014/1st half 2015 titles ... Devil's Third, Mario Maker, demoed Star Fox for the press, etc.
