It'll sell the same as the last Skylanders game on the Wii U. Don't see why it would sell a ton more. Two token Nintendo characters thrown aren't going to make that big of a difference.
It has more competetion this year too with more Amiibo titles, LEGO Dimensions (this is going to be huge), and more Disney Infinity with Star Wars joining the mix.
Personally I think Skylanders' best days are behind it, kids are going to start gravitating to these other toy brands, LEGO in particular is red hot right now.
