| UltimateUnknown said: All I hear now after Nintendo's lackluster E3 presentation is that they've shifted all their resources on to NX and all the big games are coming out on NX as early as next year. Alternatively, if Nintendo is releasing NX in 2017, they need to support Wii U with some big games for 2016. But everything looks so barren right now for 2015 and next year that one can only assume Nintendo is shifting away to the NX early this cycle.

Its likely they shifted much of their resources from Wii U but games take time to develop. 2016 looking quite barron for Wii U doesn't mean 2016 is also the launch year for NX, 2017 is still likeliest release for their next home system.
Just like the Wii, I think Wii U will have a completely terrible year leading up to NX. 2016 for Wii U will not be that empty
Pokken, Fire Emblem, Zelda with filler in between like Project Guard and Treasure etc
