Depends? It is the first console that has to deal with bc for a console which was full of drm and features downloadable and dics-titles and where many before said it was technically impossible to do. Limited in a technical way? Perhaps, right now the compatible games work flawless. Limited in a license way? Already mentioned. Limited currently? Like they announced, only for a few titles and only for preview members. Didn't even launch officially.
