If the NX is a Wii U replacement it will fail. This generation is still not truly done and neither PS4 or Xbox One have fired off their big guns which means trying to jump into the fight again now would be suicide.
If it is replacing the 3DS, it could do well. A bump in power making more Wii U ports available would not only help the handheld market but also the Wii U.
