Iwata must be fire-He has managed Nintendo poorly and can't innovate. Nintendo needs fresh faces to reinvigorate the company; Japanese who are not afraid to take risks and be competitive. Nintendo should collaborate with more Western developers. Look how Sony worked closely with Mark Cerny to develop the PS4. Nintendo could still retain their target audience(young children) without sacrificing innovation like offering online chat and multiplayer- I find it insulting how its 2015 and Star Fox Wii U won't have an online multiplayer mode.
