If they are "pro" they should be playing with a mouse and keyboard anyway.  Hold-and-wait to turn on a stick is like keyboard turning in an FPS.

$150 controller for "pro" "elite" gamers that play competitive FPS games on console that have aim assist by necessity, it's just too much.
