Thoughts on Game of Thrones season 5 finale? (Spoilers up to season 5)

I liked the three last episodes. Every season, the 2-3 last episodes are the best. The finale was great imo, but I don't think that John is dead. Deus Ex Machina Melisandre will come to the rescue.
