Saying PS Now looks like a rip off of BC is like saying Netflix looks like a rip off of DVDs.

Sony charging you for bakwards compatibility,Microsoft giving it to you for free
Paying for something that's free from another company,that can be seen as a rip off when looked at it from that perspective
I'm interested to seeing PS Now long term because its clear that's Sony's plan for the future
