Actually it's not that difficult. Do it the same way X1 one did. If you PS4 reads a PS3 disc, you have access to the digital version.
It's currently in use now with some games where you pay a small amount to upgrade to the PS4 version (eg Battlefield), it downloads the digital PS4 version but you have to have the PS3 disc in to play it.
