Most games didn't end up using it, (even on the Wii) and few games ever used it to its potential. If an awesome game actually ended up being made for it, I think things would be at least a little brighter for motion controls. As for VR, it mainly hinges on a few factors. 1.) The quality of the headsets, if they are poor they will turn away many prospective buyers. 2.) The content, need software to take advantage of the hardware. 3.) The price = can't be too expensive. ESPECIALLY if the software isn't there.
If all these line up, then VR will end up huge. The big question is will they line up? |
How often do things line up perfectly in gaming? We cant all be PS4's.
