Retro (probably) bringing a game to E3

Diddy Kong Racing have bigger chances, but also we already have one Kart game, what we dont have is Metroid like game or 3D platformer or something completely new. I bet on Metroid beacuse gamepad is perfect for that game, fans are very vocal about new Metroid game and after Other M they need good Metroid game again and naturally best choice is Retro.

Exactly my thoughts. I will puke if it's 2D Donkey Kong. Loved Tropical Freeze, but Retro is capable of so much more and we also are in desperate need of either a 3D platformer (fine if it's DK) or Metroid (2D or 3D. I don't care at this point). Diddy Kong Racing so soon after Mario Kart is not a great choice, imo. 

I would also welcome a new IP from Retro. Some kind of first person adventure/exploration game similar to Metroid but in a different setting. Wii U needs a different genre like that.
