Doesn't this mean Nintendo just got more money? Nintendo pays for exclusivity, so for Ubisoft to get out of that they have to pay them back right, or maybe it was just timed? Also, Nintendo's made as much money as they are going to from this game, so why not one last farewell pay check given to them? lol
