I personally don't believe Ubisoft will release ZombieU to other consoles: they will try to do it, of course, but I don't think Ubi can modify the game enough to make it work smoothly without the gamepad. But if they do that, and they release ZombieU on other systems, will it flopp as hard as WatchDogs on WiiU? It's a zombie game that, outside the gamepad gameplay, can't really distinguish itself from other, more popular zombie or horror titles. Add to it that they'll probably need to improve the graphics and change the name (becuse keeping the U part would be stupid, if not outright disrespectful, so people may not recognise it) and you have a game nobody asked for, on a genre oversaturated with competition, on platforms that are getting enough games to not care about a three year old port.
This kind of thing really reinforces my belief that Nintendo should have bought the IP when Zombie Utwo was cancelled, and also Nintendo should focus on grow their workforce and IPs instead on trusting on 3rd parties that can backstab them at any time.
