I think a tablet form factor is possible but they will also have a smaller traditional portable form factor as well. I don't think it will be a standard slate style tablet either, it would probably have physical controls and be something similar in size/form factor of the Wii U gamepad.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
