If the PS3 version of the game, runs better, has steadier framerate, has less antialising, and upscales to 1080p, its not likely that just because some guy said that its 640p on the PS3 makes it fact.
I call this complete bull $hit simply because GTA 4 is better looking, and runs better than on the Playstation 3 than on the XBOX 360 as confirmed by all reviewers except Kotaku.
