How Many First Party Remasters Has Sony Actually Done?

I actually feel like remasters are good for people who are in similar situations that I am in, where I do not own the last generation console, but also want the next generation console. Of course, in the end, I'm just going to get a PS3 first, then a PS4 later (created thread about this one).
