I think the game that sells mega numbers annually is the bigger IP. Hence, Call of Duty.

Unless we're talking exclusivity for a single GTA vs a single CoD.

More unique people buy GTA so more people like the franchise which equals bigger meltdown.

But Teeqoz pointed out that many people would buy COD biannually so that could offset the number of people that like the series compared to number of people that buy a single installment.
