Several things that make me feel very strongly that this one is fake. #1, Star Fox Secure sounds like a stupid name, kind of doubt that Nintendo would title it that. #2 Metroid: Pirate Swarm sounds like a lame title that doesn't seem like a title one would normally give to a game #3 Luigi's Mansion getting a Wii U release sounds just like people who were bitter about it being a 3DS release to begin with. #4 A lot of these things mentioned are so general that almost anyone who regularly watches GameXplain could have guessed most of these things as potential topics.
edit: Though Code Name: S.T.E.A.M was a pretty lame title... but I guess that one is excused as a New IP
