Could Nintendo Publish and Release Fast Racing Neo at Retail??

They can and they should!

Shin'en has been a great developer to them over the years, and giving the game a retail presence would only strengthen the ties between the two. Not to mention that Fast Racing Neo looks like a pretty awesome game, so it would be a benefit to the Wii U to give a game like that exposure.
