How do you know that? Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei are way more prominent in Japan than Xenoblade, especially with Fire Emblem's recent boom in popularity. Furthermore, a game like Splatoon is proving to be a similar system mover as X, and that's a game that very few people thought would even sell more than 60k FW over there.

Also, Animal Crossing would 100% be a bigger system seller than X. So would a SMG3, and any big Pokemon spinoff.

Splatoon had a huge marketing and because of it's settings, it's made to sell a lot to childrens ( and even with that huge marketing, Wii U didnt even reach 20k), the only game that could sell as much as X in your list is SMTxFe , if it's released this year
