Yeh being able to market tomb raider against uncharted 4 was their bet and would have been good for both titles marketing wise (console wars are good for that). Now that it's uncharted collection they will be able to do that to a lesser extent.
As for Uncharted 4 vs the PS4 version of Tomb Raider, I don't see them going head to head. We have Uncharted in early 2016 and tomb raider ps4 version likely mid year/summer (6 mo exclusive) or even an entire year after (depending on the deal).
