Nah, the original comment said the collection won't sell as well because mainline Uncharted games haven't sold 7 million copies. That was his basis for saying that MCC will outsell NDC.
Well, Uncharted has sold 21 million copies amongst the 3 mainline games, with improving sales with each installment, so at least on average, they sell 7 million. The original premise was wrong (UC hasn't sold 7 million), so the original conclusion should be wrong (2 million max). Tongue in cheek comment was "willing to bet MCC loses this fight" because the reason given for MCC being able to "win" the fight was false.
