Which From Software (Souls/Bloodborne) Game is hardest?

Only played Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 2 (and King's Field but I guess this doesn't count here).
I would say that Dark Souls 2 was the hardest game because you had only one estus flask at the beginning of the game.
