They could do some interesting things with a "micro-console".
I think it would be cool if you could dual link two or even three of them together like big Lego Blocks, but if each one only consumes say 10-15 watts of electricity, three of them are still only punching in 30-45 watt range, which isn't sucking a lot of juice.
