Mobile chips with 1 TFLOP of power are coming soon. 

I think this is a good example to start speculating on the home version of NX (form factor & power).  The 1 tflop should be the base line, like most of us predicted, as the jump from Wii U.  By late '16 or early '17 Nintendo can get a decent price on them.

It's actually ridiculously thin too, it's only a bit thicker than an iPhone, the plastic stand (optional) just makes it look thicker than it actually is. 

So form factor wise, Nintendo could definitely have something smaller than their smallest consoles.
