Hm, difficult how to explain what I think. Really, it is quite complex. Maybe I will try to limit it to some major points?
Answer: HELL YES!
This is the perfect game for her. Get her going with the wheel (it actually works like real steering, really great imo) and she will be all over it. Highly recommended.
