Because Wii U is getting much more software in Europe and has very good marketing here!

Is it? I'm sure Vita has had more software releases so far in 2015 and has more upcoming software releases slated for between now and the end of the year in Europe. And this applies to both physical and digital releases.

Once Wii U release schedule ramps up in Q4 we'll have a much clearer picture. Especially as this is by far the biggest sales period for Wii U historically.

You are right, Vita is getting more games than Wii U.
But Wii U is getting much more games which should help to boost the hardware.
This is the difference, Wii U is getting a lot games which should help the hardware to sell good. Vita is getting only few games which should help the hardware to sell good.
