If Microsoft actually paid for a marketing deal then they either paid much less than they should have or are simply stupid. There just wasn't much in the way of marketing it for Xbox. The PS4 version got all the attention, all the deals and all the bundles.

The only TV spot I saw here in germany only mentioned the X1 and the X1 had the official Witcher 3 bundle as well.
