Again with this backwards compatibility stuff? None of the Ninty consoles were b/c until the Wii came out, the SEGA Genesis was only b/c with the Master System via an add-on module, and the 360 was only partially b/c with the original Xbox's library. Only the PS2 and 1st-gen PS3s were fully b/c with the previous hardware generation, and Sony quickly axed that feature to cut costs in later redesigns.

B/C is not a priority for home consoles, and if Nintendo has any sense, the NX will be completely separate from the Wii family of consoles for everything from software to accessories.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
