PSP is a handheld. This thread was intended more for consoles. I don't know if handhelds can be judged in the same way consoles can be.

My PSP GO was usually hooked up to a TV and used as a console for JRPGS. If it's an issue, PSTV it is. Once PS4 has PSX/PSP support it will replace number 2 by default. Especially if it also has PS2 backwards compatibility as rumorred. I guess my list would change to.

1.) Sega Saturn
2.) PS4 (PSX and PS2 will be better on PS4)
3) Xbox (Xbox 360 Backwards compatibility isn'w up to snuff)
4.) Wii (Gamecube included)
5.) Xbox 360 (If the backwards compatibility was better it'd replace Xbox)
