I agree, I think it will happen eventually, but I don't think Reggie is on his way out or anything. He could easily be there for another ten years.
Bill was originally just a translator, and through his experience with the company he has become a marketing executive. I think he is working his way up to that position. If and when Reggie does leave the company, Bill is the obvious choice for his replacement.
