Just because is different is not worse. Don´t worry about it.

They balanced it by restricting the player, basically the worst way to go about it.  If they didn't do this those 20 combinations would go to 100+.

There´s a chance to have +100 preset combinations with time if everything goes fine. 

People were worried about the game having 6 or 8 weapons. Well, it has way more and is just the begining.
