Fire Emblem If Removes Weapon Durability; Characters Revive Next Turn in "Phoenix Down" Mode

Is the removal of weapon durability just for Casual mode or for all modes?

I like the weapons having durability, means I cant spam the best weapons constantly. Imagine constantly using those very long range spell tomes non stop.
