What would you like to see Nintendo do now that the Wii U is profitable?

They need to expand their workforce so they can avoid severe droughts in the future. If they can improve their relations with the 3rd parties, great, but most of them have shown to be unreliable in times of need (ejem EA ejem). They have to prioritise their own strenghts.
