I would expect God Of War to be a holiday 2016 title, hopefully alongside GT7. For that reason, I think PSX would be a good time to reveal it.
E3 will hopefully have more on the exclusives coming before that. Uncharted 4, Ratchet & Clank, Wild, SFV, Drawn to Death. Maybe a short bit about some Japanese games, like Persona 5 and DQH.
That coupled with the expected new announcements, Horizon, Level-5 JRPG, Sony Bend's game, and a surprise or two concerning second and/or third party deals, would make a good show on the exclusives front.
