You're ignoring the upcoming Trine 3 and Splatoon (singleplayer) though. There's also the R & C reboot coming up and Sly might get a new game to tie in with his movie. Oh and Tearaway.

Honestly I think it's more of a case of publishers underestimating nostalgia. A Crash Bandicoot spiritual successor would sell tons for instance. There's plenty of old IPs which people love and want to see again.
