If supporting the dev wasn't an afterthought, then it would be on PC sooner. Ergo it wasn't making enough to "support the dev" on consoles alone.
Since its audience on X1 wasn't big enough to support it and this is becoming a trend with XB exclusive none MS in house studios this gen, its obvious where this thread would go. Hence they are related.
