Because thay said so? I wonder if your going to believe it if lets say capcom didn't include one of the most sought after character then release it as a paid dlc a couple of months later...

Okay, so I guess I have to post this AGAIN....  MewTwo was designed as a reward (plus a soundtrack CD) for people who bought both copies of Smash (Wii U and 3DS).  If it's put in the game from the start and available to everyone, it's wouldn't be a reward now would it?  I've only mentioned this 4 different times in this thread.  But, people prefer to argue about things they don't understand without bothering to read or research.
