Is PSVita in the US a bigger flop than XB360 in Japan?

Well the thing is the XBOX brand has never done well in Japan. I mean sure they put effort into making the 360 popular and maybe it fell a little flat; but still if you look at the original Xbox sales in Japan the 360 was was more successful. If you compare PSP sales to Vita sales...... well it still has a few years to go but the Vita has not moved a comparable level of units.
