Having in mind your 3 rigs/variants

Make Ultra several levels of gfx settings   e.g  ultra  high medium (like on PC) voila



You either have to make 3 versions of world geometry (or use 2 additional levels of tesselation) or you just use the lowest common denominator and and always keep the weakest devices geometry then the result would be something like all the handheld/phone to console/PC port like  Resident Evil Revelations 3DS vs PC
