Hey let´s not judge the effect of the soundtrack in the game before the game is out.
They have done an amazing work here, The production level is very high, the variety and personality of the soundtrack is remarkable.
Vocal soundtrack doesn´t kill the inmersion. The World Ends With You had an amazing j-pop soundtrack plenty of vocal tracks. It didn´t kill the inmersion, the game had great reviews and people loved it. The soundtrack was one of its bigger highlights, all vocal j-pop tracks.
