The problems isn't Nintendo wanting their share, you aren't getting the whole problem. The issue is that Nintendo not only wants THEIR share but they want to approve if a video can or can't be published. That rule allows Nintendo to block videos that criticize their games and just allow videos that are being generous to their products. That's, effectively, censorship. If you do Nintendo videos, you, from now on, will probably try to just say good things so your video can get approved.

That's something that unnaceptable and a new low in trying to avoid people talking negative things about your game. That's worse than buying reviews, worse than review embargos simply because you are now choosing what can be said about your game. They can even block videos for a specific game! So if the f** badly a game, they simply won't allow any video to avoid having people telling the truth.

Telling the truth and having opinion are two different things.  What nintendo is doing is not illegal, just restrictive.  I get it, you want Youtube to be the wild west, with everyone and everything up for grabs, a lot of people want that and it's cool.  But the thing is, there is real money now.  If people really wanted to post their opinions and reviews about certain games, do it without monetary compensation, start a blog, go to gametrailers or IGN and make money legitamately.  Do you have an opinion and want to make money off of it, go to journalism school, go to film school, go to and pick a field where what you say is isn't some random fan opinion, speak from authority.  Yeah, Nintendo is censoring these people, but the thing is, Youtube is not the soap box you should be speaking out of.  That's why they are professionals who work at IGN, who were at Gametrailer, game spot, etc and they actually deserve the money.
