Why has the 3DS so much quality titles?

3DS has Kid Icarus Uprising, Street Fighter IV, Dead or Alive, Tekken, Resident Evil Revelations (original RE) which the DS didn't have.

Mario 3D Land > Mario 64 DS

NSMB2 > NSMB

But DS had Advance Wars. Man, gimme some Advance Wars 3DS Nintendo.
