My point is...Nintendo has no choice but to face the App issue head on. They may or may not have any right to copyright claims, but the imminent threat of posers and app popularity cannot be ignored. TImes are changing and Nintendo needs to get with it. Analysts have been talking about this for a while now. Now that there are some places where they can bring their first party and fill a void which might even attract people ot the DS if they want to upgrade to newer versions of old games. If they do this, it would mean they would finally have recieved the memo. In a nutshell Nintendo needs to compete with the mobile market face to face to combat the knock offs. As you said...there is no automated system to find clones. You can even find emulators on the app market.
