My point is....apps are where Nintendos true threat exists. Whether they can or cannot do anything about it is up to them and the court. The flappy birds creator was harassed over the copyright for the longest and even after he pulled the game down he got death threats and suicide threats. Nintendo has no choice but to face the App issue head on. Now that is some places where they can bring their first party and fill a void which might even attract people ot the DS. Nintendo needs to get with the times. Problem is...they arent.
