You're questioning a situation you don't have all the answers to and yet you're assuming the Nintendo users are not perturbed one bit. When Microsoft put DRM on gaming everyone was on the same page standing up for one another. Same issue here, but this is about spreading word of mouth without sanctions set by a company. All the other companies aren't interfering because Youtube does help give them free publicity for better or for worse. People have a right to their opinion, especially in the US.
